Responsibilities
Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers.
Provide onboarding and guidance to new customers on using the company's products.
Handle inbound customer inquiries and identify business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare training materials and product presentations.
Support marketing events, webinars, and customer workshops when required.
Collect customer feedback and provide recommendations for product improvement.
Qualifications
Minimum D3/S1 in any major.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (experience in Training, Customer Service, Business Development, or Sales is a plus).
Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) is mandatory.
Able to communicate in English is an advantage.
Confident in public speaking and delivering presentations.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Customer-oriented with a proactive attitude.
Willing to learn new products and technologies.
Able to work independently as well as in a team.
Experience in the e-commerce or SaaS industry is a plus.
