I. General Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (preferably from a reputable accredited university).
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Accounting, with at least 2–3 years as a Senior Accountant / leader in a manufacturing company.
Prior experience in the automotive / automotive parts / manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of applicable accounting standards (PSAK & IFRS).
II. Technical Competencies (Mandatory – Manufacturing Focus)
1. Cost Accounting & Production Control
Strong knowledge of cost accounting (standard costing, actual costing, variance analysis).
Capable of calculating and analyzing:
Cost of Goods Manufactured (COGM) & Cost of Goods Sold (COGS)
Bill of Material (BOM)
Work in Process (WIP)
Production overhead allocation
Experienced in performing variance analysis (material variance, labor variance, overhead variance).
Involved in setting standard cost and conducting periodic costing review & updates.
Good understanding of production cost structure and manufacturing processes.
2. Inventory & Warehouse Control
Strong knowledge of inventory control (raw materials, WIP, finished goods).
Experienced in:
Periodic and annual stock opname (physical stock count)
Inventory reconciliation
Slow-moving & obsolete stock analysis
Understanding of inventory valuation methods (FIFO / Moving Average).
Able to coordinate effectively with Warehouse, PPIC, and Production teams regarding inventory control.
3. Financial Reporting & Closing
Lead monthly and annual closing processes in a timely manner.
Prepare and review financial statements (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Cash Flow).
Supervise General Ledger and account reconciliations.
Manage and support internal & external audit processes.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
4. Taxation
Strong understanding of Indonesian taxation (VAT and Income Tax Articles 21, 23, 25, 29).
Experienced in fiscal reconciliation and monthly/annual tax reporting.
Having Brevet A & B certification is an advantage.
