Job Description
Manage and optimize company presence across B2B marketplaces and digital channels, including Indotrading, Indonetwork, Alibaba, Made-in-China, Tradehub, etc.
Create, update, and optimize product listings to improve visibility and lead generation.
Handle online inquiries and qualify potential leads.
Prepare quotations and commercial proposals based on customer requirements.
Coordinate with principals and suppliers regarding product information, pricing, and lead times.
Monitor marketplace performance and analyze data such as impressions, clicks, visitors, inquiries, and conversion rates.
Develop and implement strategies to improve lead generation, inquiry quality, and customer acquisition.
Maintain customer databases, marketplace accounts, and sales pipeline records.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Digital Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B Marketplace Management, Digital Marketing, Online Sales, or related roles.
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (daily working language).
Familiar with platforms such as Indotrading, Indonetwork, Alibaba, Made-in-China, Global Sources, Tradehub, or similar B2B marketplaces.
Experienced in handling online inquiries and converting leads into business opportunities.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate marketplace performance and optimize lead generation strategies.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing B2B marketplace accounts and digital lead generation campaigns.
Basic understanding of SEO, product listing optimization, and digital marketing analytics.
Familiarity with industrial products such as Mechanical Seals, Pumps, Compressors, Valves, Instrumentation, or Industrial Spare Parts.
Important Note
This position focuses on B2B marketplace management, digital lead generation, and online customer acquisition. Experience with industrial products is an advantage, but candidates with strong marketplace and digital marketing experience are encouraged to apply.
