Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and consolidate daily production output reports in coordination with Warehouse personnel (Issuers and Receivers).
- Validate production figures prior to product confirmation in the SAP system to prevent discrepancies and ensure data accuracy.
- Review and analyze the consumption of raw materials, packaging materials, flavorings, and reprocessed materials for every production batch.
- Verify that material usage complies with the approved Bill of Materials (BOM) for each product type and production batch.
- Monitor inventory variances and immediately coordinate with the Production Planner and Store Controller regarding shortages, overconsumption, or discrepancies.
- Ensure timely and accurate posting of production transactions in SAP.
- Investigate production and inventory variances and recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Quality Assurance, and Planning departments to resolve issues affecting production reporting and inventory accuracy.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly production and material utilization reports.
- Maintain accurate documentation of production records and supporting documents for audit and traceability purposes.
- Assist in cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, and month-end inventory closing activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, GMP, HACCP, and other applicable quality management systems.
- Perform other related duties that may be assigned by management.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in production control, inventory control, warehouse operations, or a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in the food manufacturing industry is an advantage.
- Knowledge of production processes, inventory management, Bill of Materials (BOM), and SAP ERP is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with keen attention to detail.
- Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and work with minimal supervision.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules and render overtime when required.
