Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

  • Melakukan monitoring dan follow-up atas piutang pelanggan.
  • Melakukan penagihan melalui telepon, pesan, dan kunjungan (Ke RS, Klinik, Dokter dll).
  • Membuat laporan aging AR dan status penagihan secara berkala.
  • Melakukan rekonsiliasi pembayaran dengan tim finance/accounting.
  • Menjaga hubungan baik dengan customer terkait proses penagihan.
  • Memastikan target collection tercapai sesuai ketentuan perusahaan.


Kualifikasi:

  1. Pria, usia maksimal 35 tahun.
  2. Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK (Diploma diutamakan Akuntansi/Keuangan).
  3. Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 (satu) tahun di bidang AR/Collection Alat Kesehatan.
  4. Mampu bekerja mobile.
  5. Memiliki SIM C dan kendaraan pribadi.
  6. Komunikatif, tegas, dan memiliki kemampuan negosiasi yang baik.
  7. Siap bekerja dengan target dan tekanan.
