Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of bank accounts, cash accounts, and general ledger accounts.
- Verify transactions and identify discrepancies between accounting records and supporting documents.
- Investigate and resolve reconciling items in coordination with relevant departments.
- Prepare reconciliation reports and schedules for management review.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on unresolved discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation.
- Support audits by providing reconciliation schedules and required documents.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and other accounting-related tasks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or reconciliation functions is preferred.
- With strong accounting knowledge may be considered.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- This is for Project based contract at least 3-5 months
