As a Hot Kitchen Staff at TYGR Sushi Bali, you will be responsible for preparing sushi and other Japanese dishes with precision and speed. Your role will involve working closely with the team to ensure the quality and freshness of our offerings. Key responsibilities include cooking a variety of sushi rolls, ensuring timely service, maintaining a clean and organized workstation, and adhering to health and safety standards. You will also collaborate with fellow staff members to meet customer demands and maintain a positive work environment. This position requires attention to detail, a strong sense of teamwork, and excellent communication skills to interact with both colleagues and customers effectively.
We are looking for candidates who are enthusiastic about sushi and Japanese cuisine. Ideal applicants will have completed their SMA/SMK education and possess between one to three years of experience in a kitchen setting.
