Job Description:
• Source and manage KOL/influencer partnerships for Kick Avenue campaigns.
• Coordinate KOL outreach, posting schedules, and campaign execution.
• Ensure KOL content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Monitor and report KOL performance including reach, engagement, and content results.
• Stay updated with social media, sneaker, fashion, and lifestyle trends.
• Assist in managing multiple KOL projects and campaign timelines.
Requirements:
• Min. 1 year experience in KOL, influencer marketing, PR, or related field.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, and social media trends.
• Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Passionate about sneakers, fashion, Korean brands, and youth culture.
• Basic understanding of influencer marketing and campaign reporting.
• Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
