Job Description
We are looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Customer Service Representative (Voice Account). In this role, you will provide excellent customer support by handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and delivering accurate information through phone interactions. You will work in a fast-paced environment while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Document customer interactions and update customer records in the system.
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and attendance requirements.
Qualifications
- College graduate, with or without work experience.
- Completed at least 2 years of college with a minimum of 6 months of work experience.
- Above-average English communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good comprehension skills and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
Compensation and Benefits
Upon Hire:
- ?18,000 Basic Salary
