Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for trucking, cargo handling, and container yard services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Respond to client inquiries and prepare service proposals and quotations.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
- Represent the company during client meetings, networking events, and industry activities.
- Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure excellent customer service and timely service delivery.
- Prepare sales, marketing, and performance reports.
- Perform other related duties assigned by Management.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Willing to travel for client visits, meetings, and business development activities.
