Summary
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will spend your day designing, coding, and
improving software components that integrate seamlessly within larger systems or
applications. Your work will involve collaborating with team members to ensure solutions
are scalable and meet business requirements. You will engage in iterative development
cycles, adapting to evolving project needs while maintaining a focus on delivering
high-quality software tailored to organizational goals.
Roles & Responsibilities:
? Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
? Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
? Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate
them into technical specifications.
? Continuously evaluate and improve existing software components to enhance
performance and reliability.
? Document development processes and maintain clear communication with
stakeholders.
? Assist in troubleshooting and resolving software defects to ensure smooth
operation.
? Stay updated with emerging technologies and suggest innovative approaches
to improve software solutions.
Professional & Technical Skills:
? Expert proficiency in SAP FSCM Credit Management with 2+ years of
experience
? Strong knowledge of credit management processes and integration within
enterprise resource planning systems.
? Experience in customizing and configuring SAP modules to meet specific
business needs.
? Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
? Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into
technical solutions.
? Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA FSCM Credit Management and
integration with FI-AR and SD modules
? Experience in implementation, rollout, or AMS/support projects.
? Knowledge of BRF+ or rules framework for credit decision-making.
? Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
? Hands-on experience in: Credit limit management, Risk classification and
credit scoring, Credit exposure monitoring, Case Management / Workflows
and Collection and Dispute Management
