This position reports to the director of META FACILITIES MANAGEMENT SERVICES. He/She bears the overall responsibility for managing day to day business of the operations, addressing operational concerns and issues, monitoring overall customer satisfaction, developing and implementing operational procedures and policies, find ways to increase quality of customer service, also oversee operational cost, risk and audit activities.
Individual to be involved in:
1. Ensure operational efficiency including smooth day-to-day operations.
2. Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
3. Foster good communications and relations with clients.
4. Develop new operating strategies to improve operational efficiency and maximise the operations productivity.
5. Other duties as assigned by Director
Technical Skills and Competencies
1. Knowledge of operations management
2. Good communication and interpersonal skills
3. Proactive to find solutions, implement, and review operational policies and procedures
4.Proficient in Cost Management
