Main Responsibilities :
Identify, develop and implement brand and product strategies , including establishing and executing the annual budget forecast to achieve overall brand growth and sales targets.
Analyze brand sales performance and inventory levels, providing strategic recommendations and action plans to the brand team.
Collaborate with the product development team to plan product assortments based on historical data and upcoming market trends.
Generate reports such as sales and stock analysis, sales performance, and gross profit performance for merchandise.
Develop OTB plans and assortment recommendations for all brands.
Manage and optimize product allocation and inventory across all fashion stores and counters through accurate sales performance analysis.
Identify research needs, conduct studies and projects, and analyze results to uncover new business opportunities.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in any major.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Brand Supervisor / Merchandise Planning Supervisor, Product Supervisor in the apparel or fashion retail industry.
Proven experience in brand planning, development, inventory management, and driving sales growth for fashion products.
Skilled in creating OTB plans and analyzing sales growth, performance metrics, and inventory levels.
Strong analytical ability in preparing reports related to stock, inventory, sales performance, and gross profit by brand.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Powerpoint.
Willing to be based in Penjaringan, North Jakarta.
