Promote and sell the company's products and services to prospective and existing customers.
Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads.
Conduct client visits, product presentations, and sales demonstrations.
Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and sales agreements.
Negotiate pricing and terms within company guidelines.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance goals.
Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, and pending orders.
Coordinate with the Sales Coordinator, Warehouse, Logistics, and Accounting Departments regarding customer orders and deliveries.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Perform other duties assigned by management.
