Job Descriptions:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, candidate postings, interviews, offer letters, and onboarding
• Support HR initiatives related to workforce planning and organizational effectiveness
• Collaborating with internal teams to create, update and implements HR-Related SOP’s
• Manage attendance report tracking, record sick, personal leave
• Process payroll administration – payroll calculation, reporting individual tax
• Handling BPJS Kesehatan & BPJS Ketenagakerjaan administration
• Handling work permit preparations and process and other immigrations matters for expatriates
Job Requirements:
• At least 2 years of working experience in related fields
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, management, administration, human resource or related fields
• Basic understanding of Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations
• Strong organizational time management skills, attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Willing to be based in North Jakarta – Mangga Dua
