 Menerima panggilan dari user Head ataupun Site

 Menjawab dan menutup tiket

 Menganalisa masalah yang diajukan oleh user

 Membantu remote support

 Mengawasi Service Level Agreement (SLA) response time < 1 jam

 Mengawasi Service Level Agreement (SLA) solution time < 48 jam

 Apabila terdapat tiket dengan masalah baru yang belum terdaftar di “Knowledge

Base”, maka diwajibkan untuk membuat “Knowledge Base” baru untuk

permasalahan ini.
