Darsyafii School is looking for a proactive, organized, and service-oriented School Administration & Admissions Officer to support our daily school operations and provide an excellent admissions experience for prospective families.
Key Responsibilities
Manage school administration and student records.
Handle admissions inquiries, school tours, and enrollment processes.
Coordinate communication with prospective and current parents.
Prepare official school documents, letters, and reports.
Maintain accurate student databases and administrative records.
Support school events, meetings, and operational activities.
Collaborate with academic and operational teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the School Leadership.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Education, Management, Communication, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in administration, admissions, customer service, or a related role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Friendly, professional, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
