Tasks and Responsibilities:
1. Create a master production schedule that estimates the production process.
2. Develop a procurement plan based on the demand forecast.
3. Monitoring inventory throughout the production process, the available stock in the warehouse, and incoming and outgoing stock.
4. Create a production schedule according to time, routing, and planned production quantities to accelerate delivery times.
5. Meet customer requests and schedule production based on production times.
6. Resolve problems when abnormalities occur in the production process.
7. Analyze production capacity and resource requirements and coordinate adjustments.
8. Responsible for ensuring adequate raw material and finished goods inventory levels.
9. Maintain a balanced use of company equipment to ensure efficient and effective production processes.
10. Manage and compile reports according to the needs of the production department.
11. Process stock data and compile reports for material submissions according to the needs of the production department.
12. Master the Kanban system.
13. Lead the coordination, implementation, and control of the production process.
14. Supervise the Production Team to ensure the entire production process runs efficiently.
15. Plan and schedule production, and maintain safety stock for finished goods.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's/Diploma 3 (S1/D3) graduate majoring in Management, Information Systems, or Industrial Engineering.
2. 5 years of experience in PPIC (PPIC) for distributors/automotive personnel (preferably) and an understanding of electrical parts.
3. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, data processing, PowerPoint).
4. Strong management skills, honest, meticulous, agile, and able to work in a team.
5. Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
6. Able to work under pressure and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
7. Strong problem-solving skills, strong leadership skills, and loyalty.
8. Able to prepare documents for internal and external needs.
9. Fluent in English is a MUST.
10. Understand TPS (Toyota Production System) and JIT
11. Can join immediately (less than a month's notice)
12. Domiciled around West Jakarta.
