We are seeking an experienced Top Stylist to join our dynamic hair and beauty salon in Bali. What you'll be doing
Providing high-quality hair styling services including cuts, colouring, chemical and specialist treatments
Consulting with clients to understand their desired look and providing professional recommendations tailored to their hair type and face shape
Maintaining an immaculate workspace and adhering to strict hygiene and sanitation standards
Building and nurturing strong client relationships to develop a loyal and returning clientele
Staying current with the latest hair trends, techniques, and products within the industry
Promoting salon services and retail products to enhance client satisfaction and increase revenue
Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment within the salon
What we're looking for
Extensive experience demonstrating mastery in hair styling and colour
Minimum of 5 years' professional experience as a stylist, with proven expertise in cutting, colouring and specialist treatments
Strong technical skills in a wide range of styling techniques including contemporary and classic styles
Excellent communication skills with the ability to understand client needs and deliver their vision
A passion for creating beautiful, bespoke looks and staying ahead of industry trends
Ability to work as a team player whilst maintaining the flexibility to work autonomously when required
A professional attitude with strong time management and organisational skills
Experience working in a fast-paced salon environment
Fluency in English is essential
