About the Role:
We’re looking for an Account Manager to ensure seamless, disciplined, day-to-day account management with our assigned dealership partners. In this execution-focused role, you’ll work closely with dealers to ensure OneLot’s financing processes are consistently followed, while building strong relationships that contribute to long-term loan utilization and portfolio quality. You’ll be responsible for guiding dealers through financing transactions and ensuring that all processes, from application to release, meet the highest standards.
This role requires a strong field presence, keen attention to process discipline, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
What You Will Do:
- Own day-to-day execution and account support for assigned dealerships under OneLot’s B2B2C consumer financing program.
- Support dealers in structuring and closing financing transactions within approved Credit Advice, ensuring compliance with pricing, unit selection, and portfolio standards.
- Coordinate loan application execution, including communication with customers, document collection, data completeness, and submission quality.
- Ensure compliance with operational and release gates, working with Credit and Operations to ensure payment controls, insurance/GPS readiness, and release authorization.
- Drive dealer enablement and long-term adoption by reinforcing OneLot’s financing logic and promoting best practices for sustainable growth.
- Maintain strict process discipline and risk awareness by identifying and escalating inconsistencies or potential fraud indicators, ensuring portfolio quality.
What We Will Need:
- 1–3 years of experience in account support, operations, sales support, loan processing, or client-facing roles.
- Highly process-oriented with strong attention to detail and the ability to follow defined workflows consistently.
- Comfortable coordinating multiple stakeholders (dealers, customers, Credit, Operations) without losing accuracy.
- Willing to perform regular field work at dealer locations as required.
- Strong communication skills for in-person, phone, and messaging coordination.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, transaction-driven environment with strict compliance requirements.
- High integrity, respect for policies, controls, and escalation protocols.
- Must have own motorcycle or car for field visits.
- Fluent in Filipino and working proficiency in English for documentation and cross-functional coordination.
