About the role
This position will be responsible for driving growth and profitability for PT Glico Indonesia's wide range of premium confectionery and snack products. This full-time position is based in Makassar, South Sulawesi.
Job Responsibility
Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue and market share targets
Lead, coach and motivate a geographically dispersed sales team to excel in their territories
Build and nurture strong relationships with key retail and distribution partners
Analyse sales data and market intelligence to identify opportunities and inform strategic decision-making
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovative sales and marketing initiatives
Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures and legal/regulatory requirements
Job Requirement
Substantial experience (5+ years) in a senior sales management role, preferably within the FMCG industry
Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and develop high-performing sales teams
Excellent understanding of the East Indonesia retail landscape and distribution channels
Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills to drive profitable partnerships
Adaptable and solution-focused, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
