Experienced in PIB & PEB
Required language(s): English
Required Skill: Have Deep Knowledge of Customs Module, EDI, CIESA 4.0, SSM Karantina, simelon, and sipintar
Required Skill: Have deep knowledge of import and export regulations, HS code, and Customs Restriction
Understanding shipping incoterm, customs procedure, and permit
(COO, SSM)
At least have 3 year experiences in PPJK, Freight Forwarding.
Pro-active, initiative, and willing to work hard
Good Analythical thinking
Having good communication skill
Computer Literate is a must
Hard worker, responsibility, honest and good in team work
Certificate PPJK is mandatory an advantage
Responsibilities:
Prepare import documents / PIB and eksport documents / PEB completely and correctly
Checking the completeness & correctness of import and eksport documents before sending them to Customs & Excise
Arrange delivery trucking
Input PIB PEB documents into the Customs & Excise online system
Repir & completion of documents, directly to Custom & Excise when there is a refusal of import eksport documents
Draft PIB, PEB, BL and submit final SI
Create Biling Code
DOKAP Online
Customs EDI & CEASA monitoring & response
