Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries through voice and non-voice channels.
- Assist customers with account-related concerns, product inquiries, and issue resolution.
- Provide accurate information while delivering excellent customer service.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals.
Qualifications
Communication Skills
- Good to excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
Experience
- At least 1 year of BPO experience is an advantage.
- Applicants with no CSR experience are also welcome to apply.
Education
- High School Graduate (Old Curriculum)
- Senior High School Graduate
- College Graduate or Undergraduate
Other Requirements
- Willing to work onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa City.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
