Job Responsibilities:
- Candidates with or without prior experience; previous experience is not required.
- Ensure proficiency in both spoken and written English.
- Work onsite as required.
- Maintain availability for overnight shifts, rotating schedules, and split shifts.
Qualifications:
- Open to candidates without prior work/BPO experience.
- Must have graduated from Senior High School or the old High School curriculum.
- Candidates who recently graduated from Senior High School without work experience will not be considered.
- Preferably possess an updated NBI clearance and reside in Laguna, Cavite, Las Pinas, Muntinlupa, or Paranaque.
Additional Requirements:
- No prior experience in customer service is necessary; comprehensive training will be provided.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate empathy and patience when dealing with customers from diverse backgrounds.
- Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new software applications.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Positive attitude and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
- Ability to adapt to changes in procedures, policies, and technology.
