Saat ini kami sedang membuka peluang untuk kesempatan baru pada posisi Apoteker Penanggung Jawab di Head Office Jakarta Pusat. Berikut tanggung jawab dan kualifikasi yang dibutuhkan :

Tanggung Jawab

Melakukan pelaporan distribusi ke BPOM dan KEMENKES serta moniroting LAP LAB
Memastikan proses distribusi sesuai regulasi
Melakukan inspeksi diri secara berkala
Pengendalian SOP training terkait CDOB & Pharmacovigilance
Pelaporan & tindak lanjut Pharmacovigilance

Kualifikasi

Pendidikan profesi Apoteker
Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di posisi yang sama
Memiliki STRA aktif, dan bersedia untuk digunakan izinnya
Mahir menggunakan aplikasi Ms. Office, Axapta menjadi nilai tambah
