About the role
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with experience in merchandise design to develop visually appealing and brand-consistent artwork for retail merchandise, promotional materials, and marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have strong design skills, a good understanding of production requirements, and the ability to translate brand concepts into commercially attractive products.
Key responsibilities
Create original artwork and graphic concepts for merchandise such as drinkware, tote bags, apparel, gift sets, seasonal collectibles, stationery, accessories, packaging, and promotional items
Develop seasonal collections, limited-edition merchandise, and campaign-related products aligned with brand guidelines
Prepare production-ready artwork and technical specifications for vendors and suppliers
Review samples and provide feedback to ensure design accuracy and quality standards
Design marketing collaterals including posters, flyers, digital advertisements, social media assets, and in-store promotional materials
Ensure all creative outputs are aligned with brand identity and marketing objectives
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and external vendors to execute campaigns effectively
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Coordinate with suppliers, printers, and manufacturers throughout the production process
Maintain an organized library of artwork files and design assets
About you
Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or a related field
Minimum 2–3 years of graphic design experience, preferably with merchandise or product design experience
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
Strong understanding of print production, packaging, and merchandise manufacturing processes
Ability to create technical artwork files and prepare designs for various production methods
Strong creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
Good communication and project management abilities
Experience in F&B, retail, lifestyle, or consumer brands (preferred)
Knowledge of product sourcing and merchandise development (preferred)
Experience with motion graphics, photography, or video editing (preferred)
