Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Managers to consistently achieve sales and revenue targets.

  • Develop sales strategies to grow existing customer accounts and acquire new enterprise clients.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers (C-Level, Directors, Business Heads, IT Leaders).

  • Drive end-to-end sales activities including prospecting, solution selling, proposal development, commercial negotiation, and contract closing.

  • Identify customer business challenges and collaborate with internal technical teams to deliver appropriate technology solutions.

  • Manage strategic accounts and ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term partnership.

  • Monitor sales pipeline, forecast business opportunities, and provide accurate reporting to management.

  • Collaborate with Solution Architects, Pre-Sales, Delivery, and Product teams to ensure successful project execution.

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.

  • Ensure achievement of individual and team sales KPIs, revenue targets, and profitability objectives.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines.

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in B2B technology sales or enterprise solution sales.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience leading a sales or account management team.

  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong experience managing enterprise accounts and handling complex sales cycles.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.

  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to develop strategic account plans.

  • Experience selling one or more of the following solutions is highly preferred:

    • Cloud Solutions

    • Data Center & Infrastructure

    • Managed Services

    • Cyber Security

    • Networking

    • Digital Transformation Solutions

    • Enterprise Software

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Self-motivated, customer-oriented, and results-driven.

  • Willing to travel for customer meetings when required.
