About the Role
We’re looking for a Business Development professional to help grow our business through partnerships, client acquisition, and strategic collaborations.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to business owners, identifying opportunities, and turning conversations into long-term relationships. You’ll work closely with founders, operators, and partners to expand our reach across businesses and communities.
What You’ll Do
Growth & Partnerships
- Identify and approach potential clients, partners, and collaborators
- Build and manage relationships with business owners and decision-makers
Develop partnership strategies with:
- SMEs & startups
- Communities, coworking spaces, and associations
- Institutions, accelerators, and ecosystem partners
- Support deal discussions, onboarding, and relationship handover
Market & Client Insight
- Understand client needs and pain points
- Gather market feedback to support product, pricing, and go-to-market decisions
- Help refine value propositions for different business segments
Collaboration
- Work with internal teams to align sales, onboarding, and retention efforts
- Help shape outreach materials, pitch decks, and proposals
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or account management
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable speaking with founders, operators, and business owners
- Self-driven, proactive, and goal-oriented
- Able to work independently and collaboratively
Nice to Have
- Experience working with UMKM / SMEs
- Familiarity with local business ecosystems, communities, or associations
- Experience in fintech, SaaS, ERP, or business services
- Experience running partnerships, events, or community activations
