About the role
This is a sales position focused on achieving monthly and annual sales targets for the Singapore market, identifying and developing new business opportunities across retail, distributors, and modern trade channels, and expanding market share and product presence.
Key responsibilities
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for Singapore market
Identify and develop new business opportunities (retail, distributors, modern trade, etc.)
Expand market share and product presence
Maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retailers
Ensure product listing, shelf positioning, and stock availability
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support
Conduct market research on competitors, pricing, and trends
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis
Support trade promotions, product launches, and campaigns
Work closely with marketing team on branding and visibility initiatives
About you
Minimum 2 years of sales experience preferably in Singapore FMCG industry
Good understanding of Singapore retail landscape (modern trade, general trade, distributors)
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Results-driven with proven sales track record
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Willing to travel within Singapore Malaysia
Possess own transport
Proficiency in English &Mandarin
