RESPONSIBILITY
- Manage employee relations by addressing employee concerns, grievances, and workplace issues professionally and fairly.
- Assist in implementing company policies and ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and company regulations.
- Plan, organize, and facilitate employee engagement activities, including team buildings, company outings, sports events, CSR initiatives, employee recognition programs, wellness activities, and holiday celebrations.
- Coordinate and facilitate company events, meetings, seminars, orientations, and training programs.
- Support the performance management process, including employee evaluations and regularization.
- Conduct employee surveys and gather feedback to improve employee satisfaction and workplace culture.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Prepare HR reports and assist in implementing HR initiatives and projects.
- Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower concerns, employee development, and engagement initiatives.
- Support recruitment activities when needed, including interviews, onboarding, and pre-employment requirements.
Job Requirements
- Graduate of Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related course
- At least 5-8 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably as an HR Generalist
- Knowledgeable in Philippine Labor Laws, DOLE regulations, and HR best practices
- Experience in employee relations, employee engagement, and performance management
- Experience in organizing company events, employee activities, and engagement programs
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
- Strong organizational and event coordination skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with HRIS is an advantage
- Creative, people-oriented, and highly organized
- Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information
