- Contact customers regarding outstanding balances through inbound and outbound calls.
- Assist customers with billing inquiries and payment-related concerns.
- Negotiate payment arrangements while maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Accurately document customer interactions and payment commitments.
- Meet collection, productivity, and quality performance targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of Collections experience in a BPO setting.
- Experience handling Billing under a Telco or Financial account is required.
- Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Willing to work onsite in Alabang.
- Can start as soon as possible is an advantage.
