Customer Service Representative - Car Dealership

As a Customer Service Representative – Car Dealership, you will provide exceptional customer support by assisting customers with vehicle inquiries, service appointments, maintenance requests, financing inquiries, and after-sales support. You will ensure a positive customer experience by delivering accurate information, resolving concerns efficiently, and coordinating with internal departments to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding vehicle models, dealership services, maintenance, warranties, and financing options.
• Schedule and coordinate service appointments, vehicle inspections, and maintenance requests.
• Assist customers with service updates, repair status, parts inquiries, and after-sales support.
• Address billing inquiries, service estimates, and general dealership-related concerns.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly while ensuring a professional and customer-focused experience.
• Accurately document customer interactions and update customer information in the dealership management system.
• Coordinate with the sales, service, and parts departments to ensure timely resolution of customer requests.
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets while adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information and comply with data privacy standards.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least High school Graduate (Old Curriculum)/ALS Graduate
• Must have at least 1 year of BPO experience
• Must be open to work in night shift
• Must be amenable to work onsite at our Greenhills Tower Site
