Role Summary
Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns to drive awareness and leads for NTUC LearningHub’s training programmes.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign & Event Execution
Execute integrated campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and key event touchpoints (e.g. webinars, sector events, workshops)
Set up ads, tracking links, registration flows, and campaign/event assets
Support end-to-end event marketing execution (EDMs, landing pages, reminders, post-event follow-ups)
Ensure campaigns and event promotions go live on time and align with overall campaign objectives
Content & Collateral
Develop marketing content across digital campaigns and events (social posts, landing pages, event pages, brochures)
Support creation of sales and event materials (e.g. decks, invites, on-site collaterals)
Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign messaging
Performance Tracking
Monitor campaign and event performance metrics (e.g. leads, registrations, CTR, conversions, attendance rates)
Prepare performance reports with key insights across campaigns and events
Flag issues early and support optimisation discussions (e.g. underperforming ads, low registration rates)
Coordination
Work with Product, Sales, and Events teams to align campaign messaging and event objectives
Liaise with external vendors/agencies for both campaign and event deliverables
Track timelines, deliverables, and dependencies across campaigns and events
Requirements
2 - 4 years of experience in marketing or digital marketing
Basic knowledge of Google, Meta, and LinkedIn advertising platforms
Experience supporting webinars, events, or lead generation activities is advantageous
Able to manage multiple campaigns and event timelines concurrently
Comfortable with data tracking, reporting, and campaign/event performance analysis
Organised, reliable, and detail-oriented
Exposure to Google Analytics or Ads Manager, and experience working with agencies, preferred
