Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage site installation works for ACMV systems including ducting, piping and equipment
Plan, prepare and manage material requisitions in accordance with project specifications and schedule
Coordinate with procurement, suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials
Supervise site activities and ensure works are carried out in compliance with approved drawings and method statements
Liaise with main contractor, consultants and other trades for coordination and progress of works
Monitor project progress, manpower deployment and site productivity
Review shop drawings, material submissions and technical documentation
Resolve site technical issues and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
Assist in testing and commissioning of ACMV systems
Prepare progress reports and support project documentation
Requirements:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering
Entry level welcome - training will be provided
Knowledge of Thermodynamics & Fluid Mechanics
