Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Accounting, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Process Analyst, Business Analyst, or SAP FICO Functional/Analyst.
- Strong understanding of Finance & Accounting business processes, Treasury, Tax, and ERP systems.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of SAP Finance (SAP FICO).
- Experience in business requirement analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent teamwork, collaboration, and communication skills, including facilitating discussions, workshops, requirement gathering, and reporting to stakeholders.
Job Description
- Analyze and document business requirements from Finance, Accounting, Treasury, and Tax users.
- Identify business process gaps and propose solutions through process improvements or system enhancements.
- Prepare project documentation as required throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with developers, testers, project teams, and business users to deliver integrated solutions.
- Support solution design, SAP Finance configuration, system development, SIT/UAT, and post-implementation activities.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders and supervisors.
