Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an SAP S/4HANA Functional Consultant specializing in SD or Presales/CRM.
- Strong knowledge of Presales and CRM processes within the SAP SD module.
- Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA SD configuration.
- Familiar with SAP Fiori and OData.
- Ability to create functional and technical documentation.
- Familiarity with ABAP debugging is an advantage.
- Experience in SAP implementation projects is required.
- Experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Job Description
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Analyze business processes and recommend SAP S/4HANA SD solutions to meet business needs.
- Configure SAP S/4HANA SD modules, including Presales and CRM functionalities.
- Prepare functional and technical documentation for development and operations teams.
- Collaborate with developers during solution development and perform functional validation.
- Execute system testing, including SIT and UAT, and support solution implementation.
- Provide post-go-live support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system stability.
- Conduct end-user training and prepare user documentation.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated SAP solutions.
