Location: Vertis North, Quezon City

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Trainer to support learning and development initiatives within a fast-paced technology account. The ideal candidate will be responsible for onboarding, knowledge transfer, training delivery, coaching, performance improvement, and training governance to ensure employees are equipped with the knowledge and skills required to succeed.


Candidates with Social Media account experience are highly preferred; however, trainers from other BPO lines of business are encouraged to apply.


Qualifications

Required

* Bachelor's Degree in any field

* At least 2 years of experience as a Trainer in a BPO or shared services environment

* Experience handling training programs, onboarding, coaching, and performance improvement initiatives

* Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills

* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

* Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

* Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

* Willing to work onsite in Vertis North, Quezon City

* Willing to work shifting schedules

* Must not be a current or former employee of Wipro

* Stable employment history (non-job hopper)


Preferred

* Experience supporting Social Media accounts

* Experience in Technology, Customer Service, Technical Support, Financial, Healthcare, or similar BPO environments

* Knowledge of Knowledge Transfer (KT), Knowledge Acquisition (KA), and Training Needs Analysis (TNA)


Key Responsibilities

* Facilitate onboarding, pre-process, process, and customer-specific training programs.

* Ensure new hires complete the required learning paths and training requirements.

* Participate in Knowledge Acquisition (KA) and Knowledge Transfer (KT) activities.

* Support trainees during OJT and go-live phases.

* Deliver refresher and remedial training programs.

* Maintain training records and ensure audit readiness.

* Generate and analyze training reports and performance metrics.

* Conduct coaching sessions and provide constructive feedback to employees.

* Identify learning gaps and recommend appropriate training interventions.

* Manage account-level training metrics and performance indicators.

* Collaborate with operations and stakeholders to improve employee performance and business results.

* Ensure adherence to organizational training standards and guidelines.
