We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Officer to join our growing team in Jakarta.
Job Description
The Accounting Officer will support daily accounting and administrative activities, ensuring accurate financial records and timely processing of transactions.
Key Responsibilities
Record daily accounting transactions and maintain proper documentation.
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
Prepare and verify supplier invoices and supporting documents.
Prepare customer invoices and follow up on payment status.
Assist with bank reconciliations.
Support monthly closing activities and financial reporting.
Maintain organized filing of accounting and project documents.
Assist with tax documentation and submissions.
Support the Finance Manager and Business Unit Manager with ad hoc tasks.
Qualifications
Required
Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Maximum 1 year of working experience in Accounting, Finance, Audit, or Administration.
Basic understanding of accounting principles.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Good organizational skills and willingness to learn.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred
Internship experience in accounting or finance.
Basic understanding of Indonesian tax administration.
Intermediate English proficiency.
