We are an established pre-school with more than 20 years experience and located all over Indonesia. One of our branch in PIK2 is looking for Teachers / Assistant Teachers (English / Mandarin).
Job Description:
Prepare and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons and activities.
Create a welcoming, inclusive, and safe classroom environment.
Encourage positive behavior and guide children using appropriate classroom management techniques.
Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding children's progress, needs, and achievements.
Collaborate with other teachers, staff, and administrators to support program goals.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing requirements.
Requirements:
University graduate / Bachelor's Degree
Fluent in English and/or Mandarin, written and oral
Has teaching experience, especially pre-school kids
Patient with children, energetic, creative, able to handle pressure, and discipline person
Able to sing and familiar with children's songs
Team player, computer literate (Ms Office suite)
Skilled at building strong rapport with both colleagues and parents
