SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVES (14 HC)


JOB DESCRIPTION:

Reach out to prospects and start the conversation.

Qualify opportunities the way (we train you on BANT+).

Book qualified meetings for Account Executives.

Keep your pipeline clean and hit weekly targets.

Prospect and run outreach (cold call, email, social) per SAL-020 cadence.

Qualify opportunities using BANT+ (TRN-016); record status in Odoo.

Book qualified meetings for Account Executives; hand off cleanly.

Maintain accurate CRM/pipeline data; hit weekly targets; submit SAL-041.


QUALIFICATIONS:

A graduate (or equivalent), driven, coachable, strong communicator.

0–1 year experience — fresh graduates welcome.

Resilient, organised and hungry to grow.

College graduate (Business, Marketing, IT or related) or equivalent.

Strong communication; resilient, coachable, target-driven.

Familiarity with the Philippine SMB/SME market is a plus.


SALARY: 18k
