Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree from Hospitality / Hotel Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of working experience as Hotel General Manager.
Previous experience as Hotel Manager, EAM, or General Manager in a 4 or 5-star Hotel.
Understand marketing strategy and business development in hotel industry.
Must have a strong leadership, assertive communication and ability to develop people.
Strong commercial mindset and revenue-driven approach.
Willing to be placed in any existing Hotels that our Companies Owned.
Job Description:
Lead and oversee all Hotel operations (Rooms Division, Sales & Marketing, F&B, Finance, HR, and Engineering).
Drive revenue growth with strong focus on F&B profitability, banquet sales, and outlet performance.
Establish the hotel's reputation for quality with a hands-on approach regarding operations.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive bookings and revenue.
Manage budgets and financial reporting to ensure the property operates efficiently and profitably.
Represent the hotel in building relationships with businesses, organizations, and government entities.
Proven track record in improving GOP and F&B profitability.
Strong commercial mindset and revenue-driven approach.
Direct Report to Operational Director.
