What you’ll do

Lead all Scrum ceremonies (clear cadence, fewer blockers)
Act as Scrum Master across 1–2 product teams
Remove blockers fast to keep sprint velocity high
Define roadmap with stakeholders (clear priorities)
Write user stories and acceptance criteria (no ambiguity)
Own backlog prioritization (value, impact, feasibility)
Use BI tools to guide product decisions (real data)
Track KPIs/OKRs and report progress clearly
Align engineering, design, and business teams

Must-haves

4+ years Product Manager or Scrum Master experience
Strong Agile/Scrum knowledge and facilitation
Experience running Scrum ceremonies end-to-end
Hands-on BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
Data analysis ? product decisions
Strong stakeholder communication

Nice to have

CSM or PSM certification
Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
Experience scaling agile across teams
Worked with product, UX, and data teams
