Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Telemarketing Representative with proficiency in French to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our products/services, and providing exceptional customer service. Your ability to engage clients and effectively communicate in French will be crucial in driving our sales and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and discuss our products/services.
Educate potential customers on the benefits and features of our offerings in French.
Build rapport with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in our CRM system.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive working environment.
Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitors.
Qualifications:
Fluent in French (spoken and written) with excellent communication skills.
Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and persuade clients.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a results-driven attitude.
Comfortable with technology and proficiency in using CRM software and basic office applications.
Must have a quiet and professional working environment while working from home.
Availability to work the specified hours (9 AM - 6 PM GMT +1) five days a week.
