Renovation Project Manager (Live-in Position)
Villa renovation
Berawa (Bali)
Civil or MEP engineering (Diploma2-3-4-Bachelor)
Manage the renovation and refurbishment of a villa while residing on-site.
Scope of work ranges from major renovations to cosmetic repairs, including:
Roofing
Walls and staircases
MEP
Water supply and drainage systems
Electrical systems
All other construction and maintenance works
Key Responsibilities:
Hire and supervise 2–3 general construction workers (accommodation on-site is provided).
Monitor and coordinate daily work from the second-floor balcony using a laptop.
Maintain Excel / Google Sheets (required):
Costing and budgeting
Database management
Vendor management
Purchasing
To-do lists and project tracking
Prepare daily photo reports:
Before/after progress
Materials delivered
Quality control confirmation
Schedule compliance
Upcoming material requirements (e.g. “cement delivery expected tomorrow”)
Supervise and oversee all renovation activities on site.
Take full responsibility for the progress, quality, and final results of the Project.
Prepare financial reports, purchase requests with justification, payment tracking, and journals.
Read and implement blueprints and project documentation.
Requirements:
English is a must.
The Owner communicates in English, blueprints, photos, and project data languages.
Proven experience with buildings and construction projects in Bali is mandatory.
Previous participation in a Bali-based construction project in any on-site role is required.
