Senior HR Generalist

Kanggo is a digital platform that provides building repair, maintenance, and renovation services in one application. Founded in 2020, Kanggo has delivered 25+ service solutions supported by 2,000+ professional workers (Tukang Jagoan). Currently, Kanggo operates in the Greater Jakarta (Jabodetabek) area and continues to expand across Indonesia. We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Senior HR Generalist with strong end-to-end recruitment expertise, excellent negotiation skills, and experience working in a fast-paced startup environment. This role will work closely with C-Level executives to support business growth through effective people strategies.

Responsibilities: 

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
• Led daily HR operations, overseeing employee administration, documentation, and HR process improvements
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Support employee relations and resolve workplace issues professionally.
• Coordinate performance management and employee development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
• Partner with department heads to fulfill hiring and organizational needs.
• Manage compensation and benefits administration when required.
• Prepared weekly HR reports and maintained accurate employee records for C-Level reporting and strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology (preferred), Law, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, Legal Compliance, Indonesian labor regulations, and HR best practices.
• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment.
• Previous experience in a startup environment is required.
• Experience in a Technology Company or Construction Industry is a strong advantage.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
