About the role
The HRD Manager is responsible for building and leading a high-performance people organization that enables rapid business growth. This role drives talent acquisition, organizational development, performance management, leadership capability, employee engagement, and HR operations to support a fast-moving FMCG business operating in a dynamic and highly competitive environment.

The ideal candidate thrives in a high-speed environment, embraces continuous change, makes data-driven decisions, and partners closely with business leaders to scale both people and organizational capability.

Key responsibilities

Developing and implementing comprehensive HR strategies and policies that support the organisation's business objectives and growth plans

  1. Managing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training and development, and offboarding

  2. Overseeing recruitment and selection processes to attract and retain top talent aligned with organisational needs

  3. Designing and delivering employee development programmes, training initiatives, and career development pathways

  4. Managing employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary procedures, and grievance handling

  5. Ensuring compliance with Indonesian labour laws, regulations, and company policies

  6. Administering compensation and benefits programmes, including payroll coordination and benefits management

  7. Monitoring employee engagement levels and implementing initiatives to enhance workplace culture and morale

  8. Maintaining accurate HR records and preparing regular HR metrics and reports for management review

  9. Leading and mentoring the HR team to ensure consistent service delivery and professional development

  10. Acting as a strategic business partner to departmental managers on people-related matters

  11. Proficient in using Talenta is an advantage.


What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field

  2. Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in human resources management, preferably in a similar managerial role

  3. Deep knowledge of Indonesian labour laws, employment regulations, and compliance requirements

  4. Strong expertise in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and organisational development

  5. Proven experience in designing and implementing HR policies and procedures

  6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage at all levels of the organisation

  7. Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience managing and developing HR teams

  8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use HR data to inform strategic decisions

  9. Proficiency in HR management systems and Microsoft Office applications

  10. High level of discretion, confidentiality, and ethical conduct

  11. Fluency in Indonesian and English language is essential

  12. Detail oriented and can work under pressure


Preferred qualifications:

  1. Professional HR certifications (such as SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent)

  2. Experience in a multinational or fast-growing organisation

  3. Knowledge of employee engagement and organisational culture initiatives
