Inside VVIP is part of the Bali Investment Properties group of companies a global Events & Experiences Company operating across 30+ destinations worldwide. We specialise in luxury group travel, bachelor & bachelorette celebrations, corporate events, villas, yachts, nightlife, entertainment and bespoke experiences for international clients.
We're looking for an ambitious, confident and driven Senior Sales & Events Manager who wants more than just a job. We're looking for someone with a hustler mindset who enjoys building relationships, closing deals and growing with the company.
Responsibilities
* Manage enquiries from international clients across multiple destinations
* Sell our events, villas, yachts, accommodation and premium experiences
* Prepare proposals and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
* Build long-term relationships with clients and deliver exceptional service
* Coordinate with our global operations team to ensure seamless event execution
* Occasionally attend events and client meetings when required
Requirements
* Excellent spoken and written English
* Confident communicating with international clients from different backgrounds
* Proven sales experience is essential
* Experience in hospitality, guest relations, events, nightlife or luxury travel is highly regarded
* A proactive individual who takes initiative, solves problems and works well with minimal supervision
* Strong organisational, communication and relationship management skills
* Comfortable using Excel, Google Sheets and Google Workspace
* Able to manage clients across different time zones
* Willing to provide client support outside standard office hours, including evenings and weekends when required
* Ambitious, results-driven and motivated by performance, growth and commission
