Kitar is a fast-growing tech company specialising in second-hand mobile phone recycling and selling. We are on a mission to promote sustainable consumption by extending product lifecycles and reducing carbon emissions.
We are currently looking for passionate Business Management Trainee Intern (Jakarta and Bandung Placement) to join us, who will play a key role in delivering great in-store experiences and supporting our efforts in mobile phone recycling. You will learn the ins and outs of store operations while helping customers and contributing to a more sustainable future.
Main Responsibilities:
Represent Kitar and help customers understand our brand and services.
Assist in providing mobile phone recycling consultations and basic quality checks.
Support door-to-door recycling services alongside senior team members.
Help respond to customer service and after-sales inquiries.
Contribute to maintaining positive customer relationships through friendly and professional engagement.
Work Environment:
Work in Kitar stores.
For door-to-door services, you will need to visit the customer's preferred location (i.e residential address, office etc).
Required to wear uniforms.
Equipped with professional quality inspection tools.
Requirements:
Final year students who is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or fresh graduates with a maximum of 1 year experience.
A minimum GPA (or IPK) of 3.20.
Available for a full-time 6-month paid internship.
Proficient verbal and written English skills is a plus.
Passionate about mobile phone gadgets and the industry.
Ability to remain calm and professional in a busy environment.
