Tanggung Jawab

  • Mengembangkan dan memelihara aplikasi full-stack menggunakan React, Next.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, dan modern web technologies.

  • Mendesain, membangun, dan mengoptimalkan REST API, database schema, serta backend services yang scalable dan maintainable.

  • Mengembangkan fitur berbasis AI, termasuk integrasi LLM, AI agents, document processing, dan workflow automation.

  • Mengelola asynchronous processing, background jobs, queue management, dan system integrations.

  • Berkolaborasi dengan tim Product dan Business untuk menerjemahkan kebutuhan bisnis menjadi solusi teknis yang efektif.

  • Melakukan code review, testing, troubleshooting, serta memastikan kualitas, performa, dan keamanan aplikasi.


Kualifikasi

  • Minimal D3 jurusan Teknologi Informasi atau bidang terkait.

  • Memiliki pengalaman minimal 5 tahun sebagai Full-Stack Engineer, Software Engineer, atau posisi sejenis.

  • Menguasai React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, dan modern frontend development.

  • Memiliki pengalaman membangun RESTful API, backend services, dan relational database menggunakan PostgreSQL.

  • Berpengalaman menggunakan ORM seperti Drizzle ORM, Prisma, TypeORM, atau sejenisnya.

  • Memahami software architecture, clean code principles, dan design patterns.

  • Memiliki pengalaman mengintegrasikan AI/LLM, AI SDK, LangGraph, prompt engineering, tool/function calling, atau teknologi AI sejenis.

  • Memahami asynchronous processing, background jobs, queue management, dan workflow orchestration.

  • Berpengalaman menggunakan cloud platform seperti AWS (S3, SES, RDS) atau layanan cloud serupa.

  • Terbiasa menggunakan Git, testing framework, dan CI/CD process.

  • Nilai tambah apabila memiliki pengalaman dengan Neo4j, Terraform, Vercel Platform, Python, atau multi-agent AI systems.

  • Mampu bekerja secara hybrid, memiliki kemampuan problem solving yang baik, serta dapat berkomunikasi dan berkolaborasi secara efektif dalam tim.
