Purchasing Admin - Import & Local
- Conduct supplier sourcing, evaluation and communication with local & internasional supplier
Procurement source that meet company requirements in terms of quality, pricing & product Availibility - Negotiate pricing, Minimum order quantity (MOQ), lead time and order purchasing terms with suppliers
to suppoer cost efficiency and smooth procurement processes - Prepare, Manage , and monitor purchase orders (PO) throughout the procurement processes to ensure
the accurancy of specifications, quantities, pricing, and order fulfillment schedules - Handle and Verify import documents, including, invoices, packing list, bills of lading and certificates of
origin, to ensure administrarive compliance and smooth shipment processing - Coordinate with forwarders, shipping providers,and internal teams such a warehouse and finance monitor
shipment status, address potential delays, and ensure timely delivery of goods
